Autoplasticism with Fibonacci Sequence
Autoplasticism: Unveiling the Futures Art of Self-Expression.
AUTOPLASTICISM
In Abstract painting Autoplasticism is a synthesized combination of Neo-Plasticism and Automatism. The Pure Autoplasticism in addition to strict rules of Neo-Plasticism is based on the Golden Ratio, Fibonacci Sequence and finalized with Automatism where the movement of the hand is restricted to horizontal and vertical lines. However, Autoplasticism also suggests the use of a variety of colors in geometric compositions with the horizontal and vertical hand movements.
Pure Autoplasticism Rules
• Only geometric shapes may be used.
• Composition layout is based on the Golden Ration and Fibonacci Sequence with only straight horizontal and vertical lines.
• No curves, no diagonals, no circles.
• Only primary colors (red, blue, yellow), black, white, and grey values.
• The final layer must be applied in horizontal and vertical lines where the hand’s movement is restricted to horizontal and vertical moves.
• Autoplasticism also suggests the use of a variety of colors in geometric compositions with the strict horizontal and vertical hand movements.
Autoplasticism style is invented and developed by Armenian born American Artist Tak Salmastyan.
